- Shanaia Marie Counts, of Cando, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor refusing to halt and A misdemeanor false reports to law enforcement or other security officials. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center-first serve 10 days-with five days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Cherish Marie LaVallie, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor unlawful use of license plate or tab. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 16 days suspended and 14 days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Nathaniel Lindgren, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and false reports to law enforcement or other security officials. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; to not purchase, possess or consume controlled substances without a physician's permission; and a $3,000 fine ordered was suspended under the condition he complete a successful probation. He was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at HACTC-first serve 30 days-with five days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Anna Marie Scott, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor false reports to law enforcement or other security officials and B misdemeanor driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked. On the B misdemeanor charge she was ordered to pay $25 in fees. On the A misdemeanor charge she was ordered to pay $325 in fees. She was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at HACTC-first serve 25 days-with five days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Cierra Dawn Scott, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to false reports to law enforcement. She was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at HACTC with 360 days suspended and five days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Fernando Bernard St. Pierre, of Starkweather, pleaded guilty to refusing to halt. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with five days' credit for time served. The court dismissed B felony charges of theft of property and assault while fleeing law enforcement and a C felony charge of fleeing a police officer with a vehicle against St. Pierre.

- Kristopher Chad Volden, of Cando, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs without a physician's permission nor enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol; and pay $750 in fees.

- Cole Edward Hall, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B felony burglary. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; seek treatment while incarcerated at Tompkins Rehabilitation & Correction Center; and to have no contact with Little Flower Church and the Rectory unless invited by the priest. He was sentenced to five years' confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation-first serve 1.5 years-with 63 days credit for time served; and three years supervised probation.
