- Ashley Elizabeth Bigtrack, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-use: marijuana and A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-use: Schedule I, Schedule II, Schedule III.

On both charges she was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. She was ordered to pay $250 on the B misdemeanor charge and $50 on the A misdemeanor charged. On the A misdemeanor charge she was also ordered to complete 40 hours of community service.

She was sentenced to 90 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 90 days suspended and two days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended against Kanvas Lee Gladue (Rugby).

- Johnny Rivers Leftbear, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 60 days' confinement at HACTC with 60 days suspended and six days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Wayne Clifford Olson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor simple assault-domestic violence and A misdemeanor disobedience of a judicial order. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety program; complete anger management; not own or possess a firearm; and to "take wife on a date, get her flowers and cook her a meal once a week, every week" during the six month probation period. All fees were waived, and Olson had seven days' credit for time served on the A misdemeanor charge and two days' credit on the B misdemeanor charge.
