Trapshooters stay on top in week 4

In week 4, Rugby High School's trapshooting team was able to stay on top for the second week in a row in Class 1A Conference 5.

Rugby scored 2,586.5 points in week four. While West Fargo scored more points on the week (2,884), Rugby had an 82-point lead in total points (10,623 to West Fargo's 10,541).

For the second week in a row, Kordell Kraft sat at the top of the male conference members, and was also above teammate Seth Jaeger. Kraft has a season average of 24.38 while Jaeger has a season average of 24.13. Carson Mattern and Zach Jaeger took both the fifth and sixth spots, each hitting season averages of 23. Kaden Jaeger and Blair Kuhnhenn rounded out the list for the males, each of them having a season average of 22.38.

Kraft also sits in third overall in the spring top 100, behind Grafton's Conner Carriere (24.38 season average) and Bismarck Century's Blaine Howard (24.5 season average.)

Kyla Radomski is still at the top of the conference for females in terms of season average, with 23.5. Teammate Amber Schmaltz sits at seventh with a season average of 17.

Radomski also sits at 12th overall in the spring top 100, behind West Fargo's David Werner (23.63 season average) but above Oak Grove's Gavin Sunderland (23.5 season average).
