- Tyler Keith Armour, of Towner, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor false reporting to law enforcement or other officials. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $300 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, first serve 30 days, with 12 days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

A second A misdemeanor charge against Armour of hindering law enforcement was dismissed by the court.

- Dustann Katya Bethea, of Willow City, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $1,000 in fees however a $750 fine out of the $1,000 total fee would be suspended on the condition she completed a successful probationary period. She was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC, first serve two days, with two days' credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Farron Michelle Delong, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees. She was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Derek James Edgerly, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor failure to appear as a witness/produce information. He was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at HACTC, first serve 30 days; and 18 months unsupervised probation.

- Kyle William Paul, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 40 hours of community service; to not use alcohol to excess during probation; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days' confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended; and 360 days probation.
