A 40-year-old Wolford man is accused of sexually abusing a teenage girl during the summer of 2017.

Kim Eugene Yoder is charged in district court in Pierce County with four counts of Class C felony sexual assault. According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the alleged victim was between the ages of 15 and 17 at the time.

On different occasions, Yoder allegedly touched and kissed the girl's breasts and touched her private parts in an inappropriate manner.

Yoder made an initial appearance in district court in Rugby on Monday. Another hearing is scheduled for Feb. 26 before Judge Michael Hurly.

Each Class C felony carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Yoder could also be required to register as a sex offender upon conviction.
