* A misdemeanor B charge of driving while license privilege is suspended against Peter Blaine Falcon (Belcourt) was dismissed.

* Alexander Dwight McClintock, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not consume alcohol until recommended treatment is completed and after that not use alcohol to excess during the remainder of the probationary period; be subject to random alcohol testing by law enforcement; pay $1,025 in fees; and complete 20 hours of community service. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

* Andrew Jordan Rieger, of Esmond, pleaded guilty to actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not possess or consume, nor enter premises licensed to serve alcohol until treatment recommendations are completed; be subject to random alcohol testing by law enforcement; pay $750 in fees; and complete 30 hours of community service. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Other charges against Rieger, including open receptacle, misdemeanor B refusal to submit to a chemical test and felony C terrorizing, were dismissed.
