- Brett Alfred Ganje, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with registration requirements and failure to comply with child offender registration both Class C felonies; possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia both Class A misdemeanors; and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $525 in fees, and to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment. He was sentenced to 18 months' confinement with 41 days' credit for time served on the felony charges and 360 days confinement, first serve 90 days, with 38 days credit for time served on the misdemeanor charges with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation

A Class A misdemeanor charge of ingesting a controlled substance against Ganje was dismissed.

- Bryan Joseph Guillory, of Williston, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors and reckless driving both Class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 40 hours of community service; and pay $1,750 however, $1,500 in fines would be suspended on the condition he completed a successful probation. He was sentenced to one day's confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with one day's credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Preston James McGillis, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended-a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 30 hours of community service; and pay $1,275 in fees however $750 in fines would be suspended on the condition he completed a successful probation. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 23 days suspended and seven days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Wayne Joseph Delorme, Jr., of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to theft of property a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $800 in restitution. He was sentenced 360 days' confinement with the DOCR with 360 days suspended and 17 days credit for time served, and two years supervised probation concurrent with a prior theft charge.

- Cole Edward Hall, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; pay $325 in fees; and not return to or have contact with the residence at 510 4th St SE, Rugby, during the probationary period. He was placed on 18 months unsupervised probation.

Charges of ingesting a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) against Hall were both dismissed.

- Lillian Marie Lilley, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substances (meth and marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not possess, purchase or consume alcohol/drugs without a physician's express permission nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol during probation; to be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and to not return to or have contact with the residence at 510 4th St SE, Rugby, during the probationary period. She was placed on 18 months unsupervised probation.

-Adrian Clayton Simpson, of Mentone, Calif., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $1,750 in fees however $1,000 in fines would be waived if he completed a successful probation. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 29 days suspended and one day's credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
