Cornelius Keller 95 of Harvey died Saturday October 21, 2017 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home of Harvey.

Funeral services will be held at the St. Boniface Catholic Church of Esmond on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Prayer services will be held at the St. Boniface Church of Esmond on Friday at 7:00 p.m.

Cornelius was born on September 4, 1922 near Selz. He was the son of Phillip and Margaret (Voeller) Keller. Cornelius grew up and attended school near Selz. He married Regina Fettig on October 23, 1944 in Esmond. They lived in Selz for a short time. They moved to the Ole Riveland farm south of Esmond in 1948. Cornelius

and Regina purchased their own farm in 1955 south of Esmond. They lived and farmed there until moving to Harvey in February of 2013.

Cornelius was a member of the St. Boniface Catholic Church of Esmond; Wells Eagles 3080 of Harvey. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting, bingo, and bowling.

Cornelius is survived by his; children, Jenny Martian of Harvey, Diane (Marvin) Malmedal of Underwood, Kenneth (Connie) Keller of Esmond, Daniel (Jodell) Keller of Upham, Ron (Tamara) Keller of Esmond, Allan (Joleen) Keller of Anamoose, Janet (James) Wood of Anchorage, Alaska, Patrick (Celeste) Keller of Anchorage, Alaska; 30 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Lena Fettig of Harvey.

Cornelius was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Regina; grandchild, Dustin Keller; great-grandchild, Derick Joubert; sisters, Katie Schneider, Elizabeth Heisler and Rose Voeller; brothers, Pius Keller and Joe P. Keller
