- Reece Isiah Lafloe, of Minot, pleaded guilty to both Class A and Class B misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed firearm or weapon-a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to forfeit his firearm to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $325 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Brittany Cedar White, of Minot, pleated guilty to carrying a concealed firearm or weapon. She was ordered to forfeit her firearm to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office; and pay $325 in fees. She was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Wayne Joseph Delorme, Jr., of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to theft of property-a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $800 in restitution. He was sentenced to two years supervised probation concurrent to a Class C felony theft charge filed in March; and to one year's confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with one year suspended and 17 days' credit for time served.

- Louis Felix Sasse, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disobeying a judicial order-a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service; complete recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/controlled substance with a physician's permission nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until the end of probation; pay $350 in fees; and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 26 days suspended and four days credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
