- A charge of licenses to carried on person & shown to officers on demand against Aaron Elich, of Bovey, Minn., was dismissed.

- Letina Rae Azure, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended-a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to turn in license plates to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office; show proof of a valid license to the county clerk of court before the end of her probation; and pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended, and six months unsupervised probation.

- Joshua Hank Williamson, of Minot, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief both Class A misdemeanors and simple assault-domestic violence a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; pay $2,125 in fees; and to not possess, purchase, consume or enter a licensed establishment serving alcohol until the end of probation. He was sentenced to one year's confinement at HACTC, first serve 19 days, with 15 days' credit for time served; and two years unsupervised probation.

- Daryl Shaun Delano, of Minot, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim during the probationary period; and pay $250 in fees (a $1,500 state fine was waived on the condition Delano completes a successful probation period). He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 29 days suspended and one day's credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
