Brianna Jordahn Mayer, of Minot, pleaded guilty to submitting false information to law enforcement, preventing arrest/discharge of other duties, possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II) and possession of drug paraphernalia-all Class A misdemeanors. She was ordered to pay $625 in fees. She was sentenced to 43 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 43 days' credit for time served.

Miles Alexander Bryan, of Moorhead, Minn., pleaded guilty to theft of property-a Class C felony. He was ordered to pay $2,060.69 in fees and have no contact with the victim. He was sentenced to four years' confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve two years with 75 days' credit for time served, and two years supervised probation. Bryan also pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle-a Class A misdemeanor. On that charge-which is concurrent with the felony charge-he was sentenced to 360 days' confinement with the DOCR, with 75 days credit for time served.

Jenny Lee Decoteau, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended-a Class A misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $575 in fees. She was sentenced to 60 days' confinement at HACTC with two days suspended and two days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation. A charge against Decoteau of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
