Tucker Raymond Drader's (Arthur) charge of driving without liability insurance was dismissed.

Kody Michael Barnes, of Minot, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in a jail/correctional facility a Class B felony. He was ordered to pay $575 in fees and undergo a chemical dependency evaluation at Tompkins Rehabilitation and Corrections Unit. He was sentenced to two years' confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, with 34 days credit for time served.

Chad Walter Davis, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 27 days suspended and three days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Wayne Joseph Delorme, Jr., of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to theft of property a Class C felony. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim, and pay $8,564.12 in restitution within 120 days. He was sentenced to three years' confinement with the DOCR first served 45 days with 26 days' credit for time served, and two years supervised probation.

Christopher Wayne Dupuis, of Wolford, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $550 in fees, and have no contact with the victim. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 28 days suspended and two days' credit for time served, and nine months unsupervised probation.

Janelle Marie Falcon, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance a Class C felony; and possession of a controlled substance in a jail/correctional facility. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $1,350 in fee. She was sentenced to one year's confinement with the DOCR with one year suspended and 26 days' credit for time served, and 18 months supervised probation.

Tara Nichole Johnson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees, and have no contact with the victim. She was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Bobbi Jo Lavallie, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to hindering law enforcement a Class A misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $325 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 26 days suspended and four days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Louis Felix Sasse, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $1,000 in fees; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment until the probation is terminated. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC first serve two days with one day's credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation.

Jonas Richard Alfred St. Claire, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to false information or report to law enforcement with intent to falsely implicate another a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC first serve 10 days with three days' credit for time served, and 360 days' unsupervised probation.

Eric John Thiefoe, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to unlawful entry into a vehicle a Class C felony. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, have no contact with the victim, and pay $1,100 in fees. He was sentenced to one year's confinement with the DOCR with one year suspended and eight days' credit for time served, and two years supervised probation. Thiefoe also pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and eight days' credit for time served, and one year unsupervised probation.

David Wayne Kruse, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving or in actual physical control of motor vehicle a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete recommended treatment, participate in the 24/7 sobriety program, pay $2,325 in fees, and be on a work/school release. He was sentenced to one year's confinement with the DOCR first serve 120 days with one day's credit for time served, and one year supervised probation.

Eric Michael Poile's (Rugby) charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor was dismissed.

Mathew Poitra, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.
