Brandon James Heilman, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia a Class C felony. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment and pay $525 in fees. He was sentenced to one year's confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with one year suspended and three days' credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation and two years supervised probation.
Beth May Allickson's (Rugby) two Class A misdemeanor charges of disobeying a judicial order, as well as a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct were all dismissed. Allickson pleaded guilty to criminal trespass also a Class A misdemeanor. She was ordered to participate in the 24/7 sobriety program; to not consume, purchase or possess alcohol or enter a licensed establishment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and play $325 in fees. She was sentenced to one year's confinement with the DOCR with one year suspended and eight days' credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation.
Kyle Joseph Fossen, of Maddock, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance. He was ordered to complete 30 hours of community service; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment and pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and four days' credit for time served, and one year unsupervised probation.
Brandon Jon Lund, of St. Michael, pleaded guilty to preventing arrest/discharge of other duties a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to seven days' confinement at HACTC with seven days' credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
Darcie Leigh Rose's (Rugby) Class B misdemeanor charge of simple assault-domestic violence was dismissed.
