Post office worker awarded Customer Service Award

Kim Morgan, a U.S. Postal Service worker has earned the Rugby Chamber of Commerce’s monthly Customer Service Award for displaying exemplary customer support skills. Morgan has been with the post office for nearly three years but prior she said she had always been drawn to face-to-face jobs. “Customer service is kind of my thing,” she said. “I love, love people. I love working with people, I love making them smile.
